Report to the Project Manager, your missions are:

• Maintain compliance with all company quality policies and procedures including health and safety procedures
• Manage and deliver local and international projects on time and on budget
• Perform as a point of contact and ensure good relationships and communication between all project stakeholders.
• Responsible for monitoring progress of project deliverables which includes but not limited to the goods ordered, logistics and delivery, documents approval, service / commissioning schedule, punch-points closure, NCRs closure. 
• Responsible for monitoring milestone payments and ensuring that client invoices are paid on time and PAC’s are obtained from completed projects.
• Responsible for proper recording of all project documentation and producing periodic reports on progress 
• Supports Factories during FAT
• Perform such other related duties as assigned by the line manager

What we expect from you: 

• Degree in Electrical discipline or suitable experience a similar industry
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 4 -5 years in similar position ideally in the Middle East region
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency ideally in Google Workspace 
• With professional experience in O&G, Petrochemical, chemical, Power, process industries business, Nuclear
• Technical knowledge of LV Switchgear and Automation Solutions
• Knowledge of Contract Terms and Conditions and Contractual Risks.
• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge / fluency in other languages like French is desirable but not required.
